ByProxy Nepal / Drafting Factory is urgently looking for an experienced:
Quality Supervisor / Project Coordinator
for technical drafting, visualisation and CAD projects
Why are we looking for this colleague?
ByProxy Nepal was established in 2007 as an international IT development company. About six months ago we diversified into delivering graphical services under our new “Drafting Factory” brand. We now have a young and growing team of floor plan drafters, CAD designers, visualisers and animation designers and we work for an expanding portfolio of architects, house brokers, building corporations and graphical services companies in The Netherlands. This expansion has led to the need for a motivated quality supervisor / project coordinator.
Who are we looking for?
You are a young, ambitious and semi experienced (>3 years) building engineer, construction engineer, architect, CAD designer or similar professional. You possess a great eye for detail and are able to read building and floor plans in the smallest of details. Your 2D and 3D visualization skills are excellent and you are good with numbers, scales and sizes. You like working in a young and dynamic team of different types of professionals and you have proven team leader and project management skills. Your English is perfect, both in reading and writing, and you will like the opportunity to learn Dutch as a third language. Last but not least, quality is your absolute passion.
What will you work on?
You will coordinate and oversee all “Drafting Factory” projects in our company, whether they are floor plans, building or landscape designs, interior visualizations or CAD designs (AutoDesk 3dMax or Maya). You will manage a team of currently 4 to 6 drafters, divide the work load out of our online order intake system, and supervise the team’s overall work quality and performance. You will personally review and inspect each of our designs in detail and approve of them before they get sent to the quality control department in our head office in The Netherlands. Last but not least, you will assist in hiring and selecting new team members.
